Update of the Market

Well, this is the first time we have had time to blog in a while!! Why? not because we have been playing golf or at the pool with the Kids. We wish we have had more time doing those things but we have been busy selling properties. We have sold and settled 17 properties since March. While these numbers are not a huge volume they do indicate that the market is moving and buyers and sellers are agreeing on price. If you are on the fence you should jump off while some of the best properties are still available
