Brian and Jenn live in Rehoboth Beach with their two young sons & dog Tango. Ann lives in downtown Rehoboth Beach and is a retired nurse specializing in cancer treatment. Kim and her family live on the water in Lewes and have successfully run their own printing company for 37 years but Kim’s love of real estate has brought her around to working with buyers in the beach towns she loves. Joyce lives in Long Neck and has relocated recently and that gives her the ability to relate to those who are also thinking about relocating. Joyce also assists in handling the clients needs for Jenn and Brian for their upcoming closings.
